Crowded area made sleeping difficult at night.

overall it was clean with 2 beds. climate control, flat-screen tv and an electronic key card turned out to be good. location: the hotel was right by the center. i often went to kfc to pick up some food.

Definitely, there was WiFi connection missing, we were a little disappointed.

The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk to the Haram, made my daily prayers easy! The reception staff were helpful. Plus, the massage chair was a good surprise after a long day of exploring!

The location was a highlight, being just a short, flat walking distance to the Haram. The room we booked was initially designed for two beds, but we managed with three. While the lobby was nice, the bathroom required updates and lacked basic amenities like a luggage room. Upgrading these aspects could enhance the overall experience.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired as it was not properly maintained, with trash present upon check-in. The overall experience was mixed, as both the helpfulness of the staff and the room conditions could use improvement.

The staff ensured my honeymoon was special and exceeded my expectations, especially with their attentive service. I loved the location, just a quick stroll to the haram, and the nearby dining options offered a variety of cuisines.

Unfortunately, the noise from outside was a real problem-definitely not ideal for restful nights. The carpets in the hallway had seen better days, and there was an odd smell that lingered in certain areas, likely due to the heavy foot traffic from guests. Dining options also felt limited, as the on-site restaurants primarily catered to groups, leaving families like mine out in the cold when looking for a casual meal indoors.
